How it Works

A fax number is allocated to you (or you churn your number into our system). This number is managed by our Fax Server. When a fax is received it is sent to your nominated email address as a PDF document.

Once received you have several options such as deleting the fax if it's regarded as spam; storing it in a client email folder (without the need to scan a document); forwarding it to associates; or print it on paper.

A fax or a fax broadcast is sent by either:

- Emailing from a pre-approved email address(es) to our fax server; or

- Uploading a fax message via the fax server interface.

Up to 999 faxes can be sent in a single broadcast with accepted attachment types PDF, JPG and TIFF. Each fax can be sent straight away, or stored on the server for sending at a later time. The status of each fax is recorded (scheduled for sending; set; sent failed etc) to provide full manageability.

Where your selected Virtual Fax plan has an amount of 'Included Receive Time' after which an excess charge is made per minute. Fax Sent charges vary depending on destination (national or overseas etc) and are typically far less than your standard telephone service.
